*ONE OF A KIND CUSTOM* Rotisserie Smoker ( Inspired by Southern Pride).
This smoker was custom built it is mounted on a 26' 2006 H&H trailer (make is HHTC).  The cooking chamber has 10 stainless steel racks (60" W x 22" D). Working area is approximately 6' x 7'.
This machine cooks fantastic. No doubt it is among of the very best. I have catered 800+ events with ease. Its built to go to work and cook ALOT of food and will deliver consistent results.  It doesn't a difference if you're cooking you're cooking 1 rack of ribs or 180 (I believe was my max) I have had 1000LBS on the racks at one time.

I have created quite a reputation for myself in my local community it is no secret what this machine can do. I have fed thousands and thousands of people. I've had my time with the machine and I had the inside completely cleaned and remodeled.  The smoker can be removed from the trailer but it would be a small project.  Currently running liquid propane I have the orifices necessary for natural gas conversion.
