Item was in storage after purchase, never used. Item only opened to take photos and confirm hardware boots and logs in, and is PERFECT, and contains everything minus the original USB.  Proof of login history in photos.

A new Barracuda NextGen F600 series firewall that was purchased as a spare, and never used.  This device has never been registered, and was only logged in once to show proof of device function.  License has not even been associated yet with this device!
