VintageFoster & Bailey ( F&B ) sterling silver Repousse Hand Mirror (initials)

Description

This is a beautiful hand mirror with lightly scrolled initials in the center. (I cannot make out what they are!)
There are some slight spots of cloudiness in the mirror, but otherwise in great condition for its age. It is marked "F & B sterling".
I am not a dealer so I don't know it's true value.
