Description
Used Sikama Falcon UP4000 MFG 2003 3 phase I saw this unit running a few months ago, but have not tested it myself. It comes with a lap top, a chiller, a separate exhaust fan, and a manuaI with floppys. Just copied hard drive and updated computer, software is coming up as it should and should be good for years now. Ultra Profile 4000
Overview
If the seven zones of the Ultra Profile 2000 aren’t enough to create the profiles you need, SIKAMA’s twelve-zone Ultra Profile 4000 is the machine you’re looking for. Using the same Conduction+Convection technology as the Ultra Profile 2000, the 4000 is available in a manually operated version, and two automated versions.
The twelve zones comprise a cooled loading platform, seven Conduction+Convection heat zones, three top and bottom liquid-cooled zones, and a liquid-cooled offload platform. Each top and bottom stage combines independent set point controls for precise temperature controls and exceptional profile flexibility. The Ultra Profile shares many of the same features as the Ultra Profile 2000 and will reflow the same types of components and substrates. Balanced heating and cooling ensures cost-efficient operation, translating into production savings for your operation.

Overview
SIKAMA’s seven-zone Ultra Profile 2000 features our patented Conduction+Convection technology, combined with a cooled loading platform, four Conduction+Convection heat zones, a top and bottom liquid-cooled zone, and a liquid-cooled offload platform. Inert gas (air, nitrogen, or forming gas) surrounds the components from the top and bottom, then exits at the sides to prevent contamination of adjoining zones and eliminating flux buildup. Precise temperature controls and independent set point controls for each stage provide excellent profile flexibility.
The Ultra Profile 2000 is available as a manually loaded stand-alone system, or an automated system with a SMEMA interface, robotics, and sensors that allows you to link it to other automated assembly machines in your production line. Parts can be transported by the sweeperbars with a cycle time of less than 10 seconds. Its 400° C maximum temperature gives the Ultra Profile 2000 the flexibility to handle die soldering, BGAs, Flip Chips, and IMS with copper or aluminum bases, as well as high density components. Reflow soldering to copper, beryllium, ceramic, and glass epoxy substrates are all possible with the Ultra Profile 2000.
Economy of operation is ensured by SIKAMA’s patented balanced heating and cooling technology, with a nitrogen usage of 200 to 400 CFHg. All this capability comes with a small 38 by 43-inch footprint, which means the Ultra Profile 2000 will fit easily onto your production floor or clean room.
