Hall sensor tester will help to test whether hall sensor could work or not.  And it will help to check the trigger angle of the hall sensor of the ignition.
RPM simulator will help to generate engine rotate speed signal instead of a hall sensor from zero to 20,000 RPM.
It could be in use with Rcexl ignition hall sensor or alike.
