Q. My business is at a high elevation; does this change anything when I order gas cooking equipment?
A. Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you?ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation. Contact our Special Orders team prior to placing your order, and we will let you know what will work best for the equipment you are planning to purchase.
Q. Why would the paint on my burner/range come off after the first use?
A. This is normal for painted outdoor ranges, During initial start-up and first use, you may experience some burn-in of the range that includes unpleasant fumes and discoloration of the burner. This process is typical, and after 10-15 minutes the unit will be ready for use.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO, and PO Boxes. Our stock ships from our US-based warehouses and is usually shipped via FedEx, USPS, or UPS (depending on location and package weight). Although most of the time your orders will ship within 24-48 hours after your payment is processed, please allow a handling time of up to 3 business days before your order is shipped. Returns:
We offer a 30-day return policy, all items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, so long as they are unused and in the original packaging. A return credit will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the product(s). An applicable restocking fee of 30% will be deducted from the amount you initially paid. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
