The zsh-1 protective helmet is designed to protect a person's head from firearm bullets and shrapnel.
Structure
The helmet consists of a protective composite frame based on aramid fabric, a suspension system with a neck rest and a removable barmica.
The suspension system is designed to individually fit the helmet to the size of the head inside each conventional size.
The shell and chin of the suspension system are made of genuine leather.
The chin strap is equipped with a quick-release latch with a belt tension adjustment mechanism. The barmica is designed to protect the neck and is fastened with a zipper.
The helmet can be manufactured with a built-in helmet headset for receiving and transmitting communications when working with wearable radios, as well as with a splinter-proof face shield.
Safety helmet protects the head man in Br 1 with protection class according to GOST R 50744-95*, and also from splinters, penetrating power which is equivalent to penetration of a steel ball with a mass of 1.05 g, with a diameter of 6.35 mm at V50% ≥ 500 m/s.
