All items purchased through the Revolving Networks eBay store receives a 1 year warranty.
The warranty is good for a replacement or refund depending upon seller availability. Warranty is only valid if sold directly to the end user. All units purchased for resale receive a 30 day warranty.
Condition
New - Product is brand new and comes in original packaging. All Meraki products come opened instead of sealed. Device is unclaimed and has no license included.

Return Policy
If you need to return an item please send us a message. We will have to issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and send a Pre-Paid Shipping Label assuming the item is being returned for a valid reason. All non-defective items that are returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please reference the condition description for any cosmetic/physical damages previously noted in listing. Refunds will be issued in up to 5 business days after we’ve received the item. All returned items must be in the same condition as when purchased, the buyer will be responsible for any damages due to mistreatment or inadequate packaging.
