    Our 3022-36" Vertical Smoker, built from 3/16" smooth plate, is great for cooking a large amount of meat within a small footprint.  The 3022-36 comes standard with three cooking grates (measuring 29" x 21"). That's a total of 1827 sq inches of low and slow smoking surface.
