New Two Door BBQ Patio Smoker Non Insulated Fire Box
Two door horizontal main chamber is constructed of ¼” thick new steel pipe and measures 24” x 52”. The chamber has four sliding food trays constructed with 1 ¼” angle iron that will not sag when loaded. The chamber is equipped with a reverse flow plate, making these pits easy to cook on. The reverse flow plate gives very even temperatures from one side of the pit to the other. The chamber doors are equipped with cool touch handles. Doors are attached with four 4” bullet style grease able hinges rated for 350lbs per hinge and are equipped with two 3” stainless steel commercial temperature gages. The chamber has 1440 sq. inches of cooking surface.
Firebox measures 24” x 24” x 24” and is constructed of ¼” steel plate. Fire Grate is 2” x 2” x ¼” angle iron topped with 3lb expanded metal grate that will not sag over time. Firebox door has two 4” bullet style hinges and two adjustable air intake vents. Firebox is equipped with a 1 ½” male threaded adapter for use with the BBQ GURU DigiQDX2 that is not included. Double insulated firebox is available upon request for an additional charge.
Smoker frame is constructed form 2” x 2” x ¼” angle iron with 6” commercial castors. Smoker frame has 22” x 52” bottom shelf for firewood, charcoal or pots and pans.
