    Description

Homemade smoker/grill perfect for preparing ahead of time for events, big parties, fundraisers, etc. Works great, we purchased 2 years ago and used a few times before we quit doing events in 2020. We were able to have a lot of meats pre-smoked for events to ensure we didn't run out as well as gave us more time to work on site with other tasks while meats just needed to be thrown on our food trailer smoker and be ready in much shorter amounts of time; can take along to events as well for on-site smoking if you don't have a food trailer/truck. I know its not pretty but it gets the job done. Has motorized rotisserie that doesn't work. Didn't work when we purchased and didn't need so not sure if motor needs replaced or just needs to be worked on. We cooked 24 full size racks of pork ribs at one time (if doing St Louis style you would probably be able to fit twice as many on there at one time) as well as smoked many chicken quarters at one time.
Can use as smoker or higher heat grill to do chicken, burgers, hotdogs, sausages, etc. If using propane you can turn one side off to keep cooked food warm while still cooking on other side. Photo 5 hubby is pulling off front and shows hinged lid.
Has 4 heavy duty huge pull out racks that are small grated to allow juices to drip but not allow meat to fall.
Smoker is mounted on 2 wheeled trailer with lights and tongue with jack. Full length of trailer is 15'.
Area in front and back of smoker on trailer to hold propane tanks if using; front area on trailer is much larger also allowing a work station. Would need to put material (wood or steel piece) in back and front area wood is not secure; would suggest replacing.
Smoker upper front panel comes off and also has a hinged lid (photo 5). Area to put thermometers to check temp inside w/out having to open. Has slide panels in front and back to allow temp adjustment if needed as well as put rotisserie rod in and be able to reclose. Also has small hole on top to allow smoke to escape and also control temp (photo 4 has clay pot on top of hole).
Able to use with propane (one on each side-does not come with propane tanks) or use wood or wood/charcoal mix to smoke your meats and cheeses.
Total size of smoker is 6' (72") length, 3' (36") depth/width and 4 1/2' (54") height. Total height of smoker on trailer is approx 3' feet higher and overall length on trailer including tongue is 15'. Tires still appear to be good as we have moved by hand to mow area, but would recommend bringing one to be ready when using for travel.
Please message with any questions. Great smoker/grill for events, preparing food for catering as well as fundraiser events. Local pick up; will put smoker to use when you pick up if you'd like.
