    This is an ad for one High-Cut, Level IIIA ballistic/bullet proof helmet (CVC DH-132B) in size medium. All parts used in this conversion are made in the United States (no Chinese knockoffs) and the product you see was assembled by an American patriot. We can add Velcro if requested by the buyer. Feel free to ask any questions.
    *Helmet is USGI CVC DH132B by Specialty Plastic Products
    *Rails are Phalanx
    *Strap is OPS-CORE
    *Pads are Zorbium
    *NVG mount is Wilcox
    PVS-14 and J-arm are not included.
    Helmet and parts have never been used, aside from the Wilcox NVG/NOD mount which is milsurp.
    I have built one of these for myself and it fits perfectly at 23 inches or 7 3/8 hat size. I would say it would fit one or two sizes in either direction as well.
