    Bought used 10 years ago and never installed.  Has been sitting in cleanroom environment since bought.
    Listed as parts system, operational condition unknown.
    g-line lamp, 150mm wafers.  Comes with control panel, all wiring, vibration isolators, and environmental chamber, test reticle, spare parts, and all manuals.
    As far as I know, there are no pieces missing.
