    Balaclava ski mask/hood is made of 85% wool and 15% nylon and is double thickness with a nylon insert at the top of the head between the two layers of wool.  This hood is very warm and is part of the Extended Cold Weather Clothing System (ECWCS). It can be worn multiple ways including just the eyes, the eyes and nose or the entire face showing.
